All products ordered from the Just Go Nutrition website will be delivered by Just Go Nutrition or its authorized logistics partners using standard courier services. We strive to deliver products within the estimated timelines provided; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Just Go Nutrition disclaims any liability for such delays.
For orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, a nominal COD fee may apply. This charge will be clearly displayed at the time of order placement and in all related email communications. In case of order return or cancellation after dispatch, the COD fee is non-refundable.
Our logistics partner will attempt to deliver your order up to three (3) times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable, uncontactable, or refusing the delivery, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion.
Upon successful payment confirmation: Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are expected to be delivered within 5-7 working days.
Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as security checks, payment authorization, product availability, packaging, and shipping conditions.
An order confirmation email, including the estimated delivery date, will be sent after your order is successfully placed.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
Adverse weather conditions
Operational disruptions such as flight delays
Political disturbances or other unforeseen events
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any expected delay. However, delays caused by factors beyond our control do not entitle the User to compensation or refunds, except in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Just Go Nutrition is not liable for damage to products that occurs due to mishandling by the logistics partner during transit. In case you receive a damaged product, you may request a replacement in accordance with the Seller's Replacement Policy, available on our website.
Currently, Just Go Nutrition does not deliver products outside the territorial limits of India. For any future updates on international shipping, please refer to our website.
For any special arrangements related to international orders, if permitted in future, applicable import duties, taxes, and levies will be borne by the User.
Where possible, we will attempt to ship all products from a single order together. However, due to stock availability or other operational reasons, we may ship products separately.
If you wish to deliver products to different addresses, you must place separate orders for each address. Delivery will be made to any person available at the specified delivery address.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. If you cancel after dispatch, applicable COD charges (if any) are non-refundable. For prepaid orders canceled successfully before dispatch, the product amount will be refunded to your original payment method or wallet as per your preference.
While we understand delays can be frustrating, Just Go Nutrition shall not be liable for any mental distress or inconvenience arising from delivery delays.
